KOOLMILL TO EXHIBIT “NICE RICE” AT NUCLEUS
Solihull food technologists Koolmill have pioneered crucial technology to revolutionise today’s antiquated rice harvesting practices in order to generate more food with less power and less waste.
Delivering power savings of up to 80 per cent, Koolmill is set to transform the global cereal industry with its award winning, disruptive, scalable and accessible rice processing technology- and they’re coming to Nucleus to tell all about it.
For 3.5bn people today (and 6bn people by 2050) rice is life, so Koolmill’s agri-tech solution is designed to unlock life and health opportunities in developing countries, whilst providing jobs and supply chain opportunities.
Speaking ahead of Nucleus Expo on March 1st, Alec Anderson, Managing Director of Koolmill, said, “We are proud to represent the breadth of engineering excellence in the West Midlands and excited to raise awareness of the global impact our region is delivering to engineering a better world. We see a successful future based on collaboration, with suppliers, customers, academia and Government working together. Nucleus is an ideal opportunity to raise awareness, and make these connections.”
Come and meet the team at Nucleus Expo West Midlands 1 March.
